Law of Persons

Law of persons is a sub-branch of the civil law. Civil law examines most of the relations of persons with each other and with objects in the widest sense. On the other hand, law of persons is more related with some of these relations included in field of “personality” and implemented for the protection of personal rights. A number of disputes may occur arising from the law of persons as one of the most fundamental branches of law.

We provide services for the resolution of problems related with the capacity to have rights and the capacity to act / disability to act resulted from the law of persons, claims and disputes regarding the declaration maturity by law and the sound mind, affinity and settlement area, and the problems to occur in the issues such as protection of the personal right of an individual whose personal right has been damaged and protection of the right to a name.
