Construction Law

Construction Law is a branch of law which has a wide practice area today. This is a field of law, particularly shaped within the frame of the related regulations which embodies a number of facts such as owner – contractor – sub-contractor, projecting architecture – engineering, social security rules etc. Conformity with the rules of law at the stage of creation and implementation of mutual contracts is distinctively important in the construction law when the possible scale of disputes to occur afterwards is taken into account. Therefore, each of the facts forming the construction law may individually constitute the foundation of a problem or a legal problem jointly caused by these facts may be encountered.

Our office provides services orienting to the resolution of all kinds of legal problems included in the practice area of construction law and caused by the development legislation.
