Çağla Elal Nazli was born in 1986 in Antalya. After completing the primary and secondary education in Antalya, she entered in Istanbul Bilgi University, Faculty of Law with full scholarship of ÖSYM (Student Selection and Placement Center of Turkey). She qualified to study in Belgium with AFS (an international cultural exchange program) in the same year and lived in Belgium for a while before her university education.
Having graduated from the University with the title of "Honor Student" in 2009, Çağla ELAL NAZLI studied in the Professorship of Civil Law-Roman Law as the research assistant of Prof Dr. Belgin Erdoğmuş for about one year, then she moved in her hometown Antalya in 2011.
Having a very good command of English, Çağla ELAL NAZLI has a graduation thesis with the title of "Surname of Woman and Accordingly her Child in Turkish Law and Comparative Law ", an article named "Children within the Frame of Capacity to Have Rights in Rome" published in the volume "A Gift for Prof. Dr. Belgin Erdoğmuş", a study in nature of a master thesis on the topic of "Acquisition of Real Estates by Foreigners in Turkey " and further literary and critical works published in different places.
She attended the certificate programs on the topics of "European Union and Information Technologies", "European Union and the Question of Sovereignty" and "Politics and Law in European Union" and successfully completed the programs by passing the related exams.Recently she has been given "Certificate on Labor Law" as an expert after completing the related program.
Having played an active role in the committees like the Young Intellectual Society, Modern Lawyers Society and Elsa (the European Law Students' Association), Çağla ELAL NAZLI still continues to actively work in Antalya Bar Association Editorial Board and Antalya Bar Association, Women Rights Enforcement Center. She is married since 2013 and has a doughter.
She is registered in the Antalya Bar Association and currently works as an attorney in ELAL Law Office with her father Hasan ELAL.
